| Biography | John Soukup started in the music business in 1988 and became a Recording Engineer. In 1990 he joined Sound Local 695. (Post production members later merged with local 700) As a sound transfer recordist John has worked with virtually every type of recording format. From the older formats such as, 35MM, 2" 24 Track, optical recorders, 1/4", Dat, DA-88, ADAT, and MMR8, to the most current version of Pro-Tools, and digital recording. John continues to work for 20th Century Fox, serving all types of audio needs, as a Sound Transfer Recordist. |
