| Biography | Easily one of the most up and coming young Casting Directors/Producers in film world today, 23-year-old Justin Nesbitt has re-written the book on Casting and Producing while no one was looking. He burst onto the Los Angeles film scene in the fall of 2005 as Head of Casting at Alliance Group Entertainment. Growing up the son of a Maryland minister, Nesbitt has surfaced as one of today's most talented class of young Casting Directors. His versatile range as Head of Casting/Production has afforded him various opportunities to demonstrate his skills. From supervising soundtracks, casting, and producing the very films he casts. He just finished producing and casting his first feature entitled Hotel California starring Tyson Beckford, Tatyana Ali (Fresh Prince of Bel Air), Simon Rex (Scary Movie 3&4), and Erik Palladino (ER) with a young, hot, new Director Geo Santini.Nesbitt produced the film alongside Ray Charles Jr. Producer of the Academy Award-winning film Ray. Nesbitt's first taste of the feature world was summer of 2005 when he was asked to be Music Supervisor on the feature film Confessions of a Pit fighter, starring Armand Assante and Flavor Flav. This shows that Nesbitt has crossover capabilities in both the Film and Music world. He is currently casting his second feature film a Psychological Thriller entitled Farmhouse. However it doesn't stop there as he is set to do two more films following Farmhouse to end out a great 2007.He will continue to look for the stars of tomorrow and the movies of the future. |
