| Biography | Matt Zemlin was born in Hamburg (of mixed Scandinavian/French/Italian/Polish-Prussian descent) and started acting as a child. After his education in Hamburg and Canterbury, Kent, where he had his first theater performances, he earned a BA (Hons) degree in London while working. He then was Deputy CEO of a mid-sized company while getting his first TV and film parts and taking intensive acting classes. Eventually he came to Los Angeles and attended The Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute on a scholarship where he graduated and continued his film acting career. Matt Zemlin also is a pianist and composer, his compositions/improvisations draw from jazz, classical and romantic music, soul and other genres. |
